A special release sour with a fresh and juicy dose of strawberries and a kiss of hibiscus. A traditional Berliner Weisse base, heavy in malted wheat and barley, along with a novel blend of 2 different bacteria, a unique yeast strain, and a West Scandinavian Kveik. Expect gentle citrus and orange tartness backed up with a sweet, full, fresh strawberry finish.
