The spriteliest of the bocks and a staff favourite.
This, unlike most of our previous tin releases, is all about the malt with the yeast and noble hops providing subtle background floral and spice character.
As you all know, we think these traditional styles get a bad rap because they’re not super sweet adjunct laden stouts or turbid hazies jammed full of hops. Don’t get us wrong, we love drinking and making those too, we just think that the traditional styles deserve a little more love than they’re getting as of late.
