We change the recipe every year, creating new taste experiences around the central theme. For 2018 we took a select blend of previous vintages & further blended with some 6yo Octomore (peated whisky) barrel aged Stout. Smooth & complex with a smoky twist, it’s drinking superbly now, but perfect for aging over the coming years...
