Unlike the fuller, softer profile of a hazy, this one delivers its tropical punch with a dry, crisp finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe’ve layered hops at every stage. Simcoe throughout the boil, followed by Citra and Citra Cryo in a cold whirlpool. A Citra DynaBoost dip hop and Citra Cryo during active fermentation build further layers of hop character, before a post-fermentation dry hop with Citra and Nectaron.
