Juicy apple character with lightly tart blueberry and a balanced vanilla flavour this Mead was Fermented with Mixed blossom honey and Perth hills apple juice, we then aged this Cyser on macerated blueberries for 3 weeks along with plump Tahitian Vanilla Beans(from PNG)
