Only the ripest, best-tasting cherries were chosen for this mead... one by one, by hand.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis is one of the most meticulous and special creations to come out of Marlobobo so far. Here's why:\u003cbr\u003e- The cherry blossom honey was harvested from the very trees that bore the cherries used in this mead - a true single-orchard mead.\u003cbr\u003e- Each cherry was individually hand-picked for flavor and ripeness. (It takes one person an hour to sort through just 5 kg. We used 341 kg.)\u003cbr\u003e- The mead was spontaneously fermented slowly for four months, and only free-run juice was collected - no pressing.
