Each batch is brewed identically with a simple malt bill of pale malt, oats and wheat from respective local producers, then fermented with a local hazy IPA strain. The resulting beers are remarkably unique and in our opinion pretty stunning examples of each country's local produce.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eChur is a 100% New Zealand ingredient Hazy IPA which we have smothered with Motueka, NZ Cascade and CIP-076 from Clayton Hops. This is an incredibly soft and creamy NZ IPA, pouring a gorgeous milky yellow haze. On the nose, it’s brimming with notes of grapefruit citrus, lime and ripe peach. It’s drinking beautifully, with big hits of fresh lychee, white grape, peach and lime with subtle backend tropical notes and a hint of zest.
