The palate is clean and crisp with low yeast ester, medium bitterness and traditional noble hop presence, backed by a glorious malt profile built from predominantly German Pilsner malt with a small addition of Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner malt, and hopped with a bittering addition of Hallertau Mittelfrüh and a whirlpool addition of Saaz.
