Random Word Generator is a brand new double dry-hopped IPA which we've loaded with Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo and Centennial. Simcoe is widely regarded as one of the aroma hops that started it all so we decided to showcase it in this beauty. Paired with Centennial we get bubblegum aromas, which move through to flavours of pine and grapefruit citrus and light passionfruit on the backend. The finish is juicy yet dry, and a gentle bitterness is welcomed along with a finishing touch of citrus.
