Seasons Change is a brand new Red IPA that we have brewed with immaculate timing as the weather this week takes a real turn for the freezing cold. We've hopped her with Mosaic Incognito, Mosaic, Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Waimea HopKief. On the nose, plenty of Mosaic coming through with deep and dark berries, with a hint of Nelson dank. Take a sip and you'll cop a complex palate that perfectly balances light toffee and toasted notes with hop hits of dark berries, punchy Nelson dankness, and a lasting citrus freshness that hints towards resin and is reminiscent of the glory days of Red IPA. The finish is clean and hoppy, but with a toastiness that is the perfect hug for times like this when Seasons Change.
