Sour Ale Watermelon is the latest addition to our family of crushable sours. We start with a simple sour base recipe which gives us a light tartness upfront. We then add a generous helping of watermelon during fermentation giving us sweet watermelon notes to finish out this beer. It reminds us of a watermelon chupa chup. The watermelon isn't overpowering - it's balanced and extremely refreshing.
