This enormous, malt driven beast has been barrel aged for 4 months soaking in the flavours and aromas of the oak and bourbon and have been cellared for 18 months allowing the flavours to mellow. Layers of raisin, date, marmalade and caramelised fig along with vanilla and oak meld with an already flavour filled beer full of caramel, toffee & chocolate, with citrus & pine hops.
