Our take on a classic-asWeston St. IPA. A simple malt bill lays the dry landscape for a cocktail of Ahtanum, Simcoe, Chinook and Cascade to thrive. Dominant hop aromatics harmonise with complex and clean higher alcohols, creating and alluring union of sweet citrus, floral and pine. The palate is met with a short and sweet pine flavour, transcending into a pleasant resin-like bitterness.
