This beer is bananas, B-A-N-A-N-A-S! Inspired by a fresh, delicious rum banana cream pie, we started off by aging our imperial stout in choice rum barrels. We then treated it with graham crackers and brown sugar to replicate the crust, and added bananas, milk sugar, and Tahitian vanilla beans for the rich cream filling. Serve up a slice and enjoy.
