BENEDIKTINER - HEFEWEIZEN
Weissbier 5.4% ABV 13 IBU
Like luminous amber suffused with orange highlights, Benediktiner Weissbier sparkles in the glass, with an opalescent appearance lent by the natural cloudiness of the yeast. Its rich, white head is characterised by a good density and fine texture. The pot-pourri of aromas combines strong caramel notes, with hints of honey and fruits, chief among them bananas and raisins. Each gently sparkling sip melts on the tongue and palate, bringing a distinct sense of refreshment. A full body, with a harmonious balance of sweet and a discrete bitterness in the background, creates a smooth, creamy mouthfeel.
GARAGE PROJECT - PARTY & BULLSHIT
New England IPA 6.2% ABV
East Coast anthem IPA - A big ol' hop poppa of a beer, packing an intense mango, tropical fruit hit from US big guns, Simcoe and Mosaic. It's just bigger and juicier than its bitter West Coast counterpart, like sippin' hazy hop nectar from a can. It's all good.
Explicit Haze Warning: If cloudy beer offends you please drink from the can or close your eyes.
GARAGE PROJECT - LOS LOBOS
American IPA 8% ABV
Californian road trip inspired IPA pouring for the first time at the 2015 Westcoast IPA Challenge at Malthouse. Packed full of Simcoe, Amarillo, and Citra hops and golden like the Golden State itself.
BOON - KRIEK
Cherry Sour Lambic 4% ABV
For this speciality, we use old and young lambic beer that has aged in our oak casks. When the lambic is 6 months old, we add 25% black cherries. This provokes the second fermentation. We then clarify, filter and bottle it.
The cherries and young lambic create a red beer that is both natural and fresh, with an absolutely unforgettable sweet and sour taste. This is kriek as it should be, with nothing but real cherries and lambic. There is no place for artificial colourings or flavourings.
Column headingHOP NATION - MELBOURNE FOG
New England Pale Ale 4.8% ABV
Melbourne Fog was originally brewed in collaboration with Whitehart Bar in Melbourne’s CBD. After a popular keg-release, it’s now available in cans!
Featuring fruity notes from Nelson Sauvin, Loral and Mosaic hops, it gets its full haze dose thanks to 50% oat malt.
It’s everything you love about a NEIPA with full flavour and body, but at only 4.8% ABV.
A sessionable, easy-drinking, hazy hoppy pale.
BREWSKI X ZAGOVOR BREWERY - DOUBLE SHOWER
Double NEIPA 8%ABV
Double IPA with pineapple added to the boil instead of at 2nd fermentation. This gives a lot of tropical fruits & piney notes, as well as an extra creamy mouthfeel ending w a fair amount of bitterness. Collab w our friends at Zagovor from Russia.
GARAGE PROJECT - ELECTRIC DRY HOP ACID TEST
Sour Ale 4.2% ABV
Dry Hopped Kettle Sour
SAUCE BREWING - OAT $ ABOAT
DDH Oat Cream Double IPA 8% ABV
There's nothing Canadian about this beer - it's just that we released it in Canada Day. And if you say the name it loud, you sound a little but Canadian. Happy Canada Day eh!
STONE BREWING - STONE PEAK CONDITIONS HAZY DOUBLE IPA
Double New England IPA 8.1% ABV 55 IBU
West Coast hops. East Coast haze. Passion fruit, orange and guava juice inspired by the popular Hawaiian drink. This ridiculously tasty double IPA combines influence from across the country into one of the most flavorful beers we’ve ever released. One could call it a perfect storm, we’d say it’s Peak Conditions.
CERVISIAM - BUZZSAW
Imperial Pastry Stout 12% ABV 25 IBU
Smooth as can be, thick with a smooth maple mouthfeel. Layers of Coconut and Coffee. View all products from Cervisiam Brewery
EPIC - WEAPONIZED IPA
American IPA 7% ABV 50 IBU
Classic style West Coast IPA using Pahto, Columbus, Magnum and Simcoe. Yes the label says it uses Citra but the label was printed before brewing and the recipe changed in the brewery on brew day.
GARAGE PROJECT - BEER
Pale Lager 4.8% ABV
It couldn’t be simpler. Pilsner malt, Saaz hops and Czech yeast. That’s it. Sometimes simple is exactly what you want. Why bother dressing it up? It is what it is. Beer.
