A bänging Imperial Stout inspired by banoffee pie.

Taste: Chewy foam banana and malt sweetness melts instantly into rich, salted caramel and oven-fresh biscuits. Hints of stem ginger and allspice wash across the tongue, before being joined by more fruity banana character.

Appearance: Black with a brief dark brown head.

Nose: Rich, creamy, over-ripe banana mixes with vanilla and hints of freshly baked pie crust.

Malts: Pilsner zero, Munich malt, Carafa special T-2, Cara pale, Oat malt, Biscuit malt, Cara 150, Dark sugar

Hops: Magnum, Yellow sub

OG 31° ; FG 13.5° ; IBU 30

Serve 12–16 ˚C
