Tripel van De Garre is a full-bodied, high-fermentation beer, is rather soft and has a slightly bitter aftertaste. The brewing process of the tripel takes place in five phases and takes several months. It starts in the brewing hall and ends in a room where the temperature is constantly 22 °C.
