The 2025 Mezzo Rosé is made of the free-run juice from as selection of grape varieties grown in the Wrattonbully sub-district of the Limestone Coast. Predominantly Pinot Noir base blended with Grenache and Merlot. Short time on skins, tank ferment, fermented to dryness (residual less than 2g). Vegan friendly.
Fragrant, roses and cranberries, stone fruit and white florals.
