Rituals is the fifth release of our Barrel-Aged Stout program and this year we've taken inspiration from our flagship Pastry Stout, Morning Ritual. Rituals I is a rich and decadent Imperial Pastry Stout, aged in Cape Byron Distilling whisky barrels, then conditioned on toasted coconut, and Tahitian vanilla beans. This is everything we'd hoped for our Barrel-Aged Ritual sibling. It can really only be described as a boozy Golden Rough on steroids. On both the palate and the nose rich and warming barrel notes come shining through, before coconut slowly develops on the senses and creeps through to a crescendo of toasted crunchy coconut.

We cannot post glass growlers interstate. For interstate shipping please select 1.0L PET growler option.

Should a re-delivery be required as a result of incorrect delivery address provided a redelivery fee will be charged as well as a $8 processing and transaction fee.
Select beer option WITH GROWLER if you don't have Beer Barrel branded growler to swap upon delivery.
We don't accept growlers with other brands to be swapped on delivery.
You're always welcome to bring your own growler to our shop and get it refilled.
