Knight In The Dark is a massive imperial stout built from a double mash before spending time conditioning on toasted coconut and raspberry, then finished with a carefully judged addition of fine chocolate from Josophan's Fine Chocolate.
Rich waves of dark chocolate and freshly toasted coconut dominate the palate before subtle raspberry lifts the finish without ever overpowering the beer. Full-bodied, intensely layered and endlessly warming, this is a beer made for slow pours and even slower conversations.
