The dichotomy of Imperial Stout and Mixed Fermentation were joined within the walls of ex-rum barrels, mixing and maturing into a velvet-soft beast with notes of cherry, stonefruit, dark chocolate, and a balanced tartness all tied together with a rum-soaked oak character. Wonderfully complex and lush, this is a beer that will say something different with every sip.
