Our spring seasonal Lager Life is back. With some recipe tweaks, most notably a Single Decoction. Which plays perfectly in the Helles style, enabling us to dry the beer out for drinkability but build the Body & mouthfeel with a more complex & mash regime. 

Traditional German style Helles. A Soft & bready pale German lager with pleasant hop character, fluffy white head, smooth malt & a clean finish.
