Two rivers meet at a confluence, two breweries on the same river…you get the gist. Welcome Swallow rafted down to us with a kayak full of hops and this is what came out.

Creamy orange, delightfully hazy, with a short lived yet dense head, it presents like mango nectar. Orange and pine on the nose, with an upfront sweetness on the palate braced against the most delicate bitterness. This fruit bowl sure is full: rockmelon, guava, mango and vanilla all meld in the mouth with notes of pineapple, peach, banana and citrus. All this activity is balanced against a full, rich mouthfeel that, like the sweetness upfront, doesn’t linger, but quickly dissipates into the lightest bitterness, inviting another sip.
