Lightly tart with a zingy snap, this saison offers a delicate interplay between subtle oak, soft funk, and vibrant fruit.
The strawberry comes through with a fresh, jammy aroma and juicy flavor, lending a natural sweetness that’s perfectly countered by a crisp, dry finish and medium acidity. It leans more toward refreshing than sour, with just the right touch of tartness to keep things lively and inviting.
