Double mash barley wine brewed with lactose, honey, cinnamon & peach puree, and aged in apricot liqueur barrels.
Tasting Notes: Hazy, medium effervescence, high mouthfeel. Malt character contributes full backbone of toffee, milk chocolate, dried dark fruit and burnt sugar. Yeast character soft and fruity but negligible. Sweet and tangy overtone of overripe apricots and warm wooded spirits.
