A blend of two spontaneously fermented ciders aged on 250g/L of fresh Montmorency cherries and late season strawberries, with almost one tonne of Zweigelt red grape skins for an extra month of skin contact. It's a red fruit bonanza.

Strawberries, cherries and red grapes— all layered on crunchy apple acidity — remind us of juicy fruit punch.

Zweigelt and Montmorency Cherries meld into plush textural bliss. Strawberry aromas waft over it all. The fruit acids here are soft like silk.

The acid is so well restrained this vintage and the fruit character is bigger than ever before.

Soif is easy. A thirst-quencher; a glugger; a quaffable refresher.

Zero added sulphites. Zero grams of sugar. Naturally wild-fermented with Revel's native microflora.
