When The Sun Hits is a brand new DDH California IPA which we've smashed with Citra, Simcoe, Motueka and Citra HyperBoost™. We're loving the DDH Cali vibes at the moment and this beer is following on with that momentum. Super light and clean on the malt bill, with a crystal clear clarity that lets the sun shine brightly through. The double hit of Citra means we're in for a tropical thunderstorm of ultra clean and vibrant orange citrus, sticky mango, pineapple and a little tickle of lime. The finish is clean and snappy, with just enough sticky hop resin to keep you sipping all afternoon.
