What a year of beer!

The ‘sense check’ allows us to keep the balance as we employ the sensibilities of our diverse staff. Well, it does most of the time at least… For the first Limited Release of 2025 we’re asking you to sense check a brand new hop in the MCBC repertoire. McKenzie is a new world hop from Yakima Valley that promises lifted fruity notes of nectarine, lemon and melon with some added complexity thanks to some secondary piney and herbaceous flavours. We’ve paired it up with Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic to amplify these characteristics and balance the flavour profile creating an easy drinking NEIPA to get you through the rest of the holiday period.
