Cantillon Grand Cru Bruocsella is a three-year-old, golden-blond lambic with an alcohol percentage of 5%. Since 1999, this beer has been brewed exclusively with organic ingredients, and since 2003, it has officially carried the European organic label.

After three years of maturing in oak barrels, this lambic is carefully selected for its exceptional color, aroma, and flavor. The result is an elegant beer with a light amber color and a seductive aroma of apple and honey.

The taste is characterized by its dryness and a subtle, refined acidity. With longer aging, the bouquet develops notes of toasted bread, leading some to compare it to a white Burgundy, such as Chardonnay. With its complexity and smooth texture, Grand Cru Bruocsella is almost more reminiscent of a wine than a beer.

The spontaneous fermentation—without the addition of yeast and supported entirely by environmental microorganisms—makes this beer unique in the world. Bottled unfiltered and without additives, it continues to develop and transform in the bottle.
