This pastry stout is a full-on tribute to the humble Aussie lamington, brewed with lactose, toasted coconut, strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate to deliver the full sponge-cake experience in a glass.

The aroma hits first—ripe strawberry, chocolate, and sweet toasted coconut drifting over a base of dark roast and soft vanilla. On the sip, it’s all richness and nostalgia: think strawberry jam sponge, dipped in chocolate and dusted in coconut, with a creamy body and just enough bitterness to keep it grounded.
