This Fresh Hop IPA was brewed with a massive 50kg of fresh whole cone Hop Products Australia Galaxy hops in the whirlpool to extract all those punchy passion fruit, juicy peach and tangy citrus flavours. Then we double dry hopped it with Nectaron and Nelson to add a fruity stone fruit aroma. The fresh cones were picked in the Victorian High Country and driven to Sydney same day and put straight into the beer. Doesn't get any fresher than that!
