This Hazy Pale was double dry hopped with the fresh crop of Motueka and Rakau. Motueka provides the sweet citrus and juicy tropical vibes while Rakau gives ripe stonefruit and a touch of that NZ dank. We used a new hazy yeast which we haven’t used before and also increased the amount of oats and wheat which has resulted in a very lush and soft mouthfeel.
