For this DDH Hazy DIPA we wanted to go large but also extract as much soft and sweet juicy notes from the hops. This has a big and lush body compliments of the huge amount of oats and wheat. Then we hit it hard with some of the most fruit forward and tropical hops from the US and NZ. All the tropical fruit, sweet citrus and mango you can imagine!
Hops: Citra, Peacharine, Krush & Motueka
