We love making big and hoppy single hop beers! So, we thought why not make a huge TDH TIPA in collaboration with Eggers Hops using all Eggers Special Riwaka. We are huge fans of what Kem and Mike are making in the Moutere Valley - 5th and 6th generation hop growers who have become famous for making punchy and tropical Riwaka. This is why we started Future Brewing! To push the limits on flavour and aroma using the best ingredients available and working with some of the best in the business. Truly a pleasure to be able to make this beer with Kem and Mike using their hops. Notes of exotic citrus, tropical fruit and ripe stone fruit.
