For our 3rd Birthday, we brewed Peakin-then quietly stashed some in Buffalo Trace barrels. Now it's back, with Hopheads joining the ride again. Same toasted pecans, real vanilla beans, but now with barrel-aged depth. Think rich chocolate, gooey caramel, creamy vanilla, bourbon warmth, a hint of sea salt, oak, and toasted pecan aroma.
