A pure expression of Tuscan terroir, La Commenda is made from estate-grown Sangiovese with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Fermented in stainless steel and concrete, with 18 months’ maturation in concrete, it highlights fresh red fruit, supple tannins, and mineral finesse.
Classified as Chianti Superiore DOCG, it follows stricter rules of lower yields and longer aging, giving depth and balance on par with Chianti Classico.
