Los Enoloz Rosado 2018

The grape variety used to make this rosé is found in TORO and is a prefiloxérica garnacha. The grapes were harvested by hand in small boxes and for 3 weeks, the must was fermented at a controlled temperature. When the fermentation was over, the wine was racked and bottled. No filtering or additions were necessary.

As a result, the color of this wine is a bright pink with blue highlights, clean and clear. The fermentation helped to develop aromas of black berries such as blackberries and blueberries. Strawberry ice cream notes are found at the end. The palate is soft and tasty with an intense expression of berries and a long persistence. Good balance, fresh and round acidity.
