Take A Hike is a collaboration DDH IPA with our friends from Mountain Culture in the Blue Mountains of NSW. The colour is light orange, with a medium-strong haze. On the nose, the citra is bursting out, with tantalizing tropical aromas. A soft carbonation leads to a velvety mouthfeel. A fruit salad of tropical fruits comes into play from a huge dry hop that includes Citra, Cashmere, and Vic Secret. The finish is quick and dry with a lingering juiciness, which makes this way too easy to drink.
