Third blend from our solera of spontaneously fermented ales started in early 2019. Brewed with Tasmanian grown, malted barley & unmalted spelt. Ella, Willamette & Galaxy whole flower hops. Expect lifted, complex aromatics & superb texture with a long, dry, refreshingly acidic palate.
