Contemplate the futility of it all with this old school westie. A lighter body, full of pine, resin and an alcohol warmth was layered with the classics; Simcoe, Chinook, Columbus and Azacca. It’s a thriller that’ll have you on the edge of your seat from first sip to final ahhhhhh.
Oodles of pine, lemon citrus, dank and woody flavours combine with a medium mid body and lingering but pleasant bitterness. The lighter than normal body allows the hops to shine, giving bright citrus, pine and resin flavours. The alcohol of a double binds all the big flavours together to create cohesion and drinkability.
