Slow Burn is a brand new Red IPA, splashed with a generous helping of Simcoe, Citra, Centennial and Vic Secret. We start with a beautiful auburn colour that pours clean and clear with a toasty little off-white foam. On the nose we're getting whiffs of toasty malt richness, lively orange peel and a light flicker of pine. Take a sip and upfront you'll be met with a gentle yet present bitterness that leads into a beautifully balanced malt profile that highlights the rich toasted caramel malts featured in this beer. On the hop side of things, this one is dominated by citrus. Orange marmalade, toffee orange and candied pineapple come through in the mid palate, with a lasting pine kick simmering it's way through to finish. Happy Autumn!
