This is our fifth-birthday tipa, and it's a big one. we pushed our house hazy yeast from @mogwaiculture to the limit and built on what you loved about our recent dipa, foil hat society.
We hit it with a massive dry hop of strata (t90 & cgx), peacharine, and nelson, creating a ripe, complex character of stone fruit, citrus, and floral notes. the result is a thick, hazy beer with a lush mouthfeel that’s everything you want in a triple ipa.
