Brewed with: Simcoe, Idaho-7 in the whirlpool, then more Idaho-7 and a heavy dry-hop of Simcoe, Strata and NZ Cascade.
A punch of bright pineapple, fresh cut tangelo and aromatic pine needles. Then mouthwatering, bittersweet Italian Chinotto citrus on the first sip, followed by juicy, ripe tropical guava and pineapple, and finishing with a subtle note of sun-warmed pine resin.
