It's November. Spring's still Springing. Here in Wellington you can tell because if you glance out the window you'll see umbrellas, wheelie bins and the occasional trampoline blowing past in the wind.
FRESH Nov is the perfect bright gusty Spring hazy, with its classic light lager, malted and chitted weight pouring a luminous polished gold haze. Hand selected Freestyle NZ Cascade & Citra Cryo in the whirlpool, with more Citra Cryo & NZ Cascade returning in a chonky dry-hop, alongside Oregon-grown Strata & Luminsoa from Coleman's Alluvial Farm.
Bright, sweet citrus aroma with candied mandarin, yellow starburst & jetplanes, buddha's hand and a subliminal hint of Pineapple Kush. The first sip is a punch of mouthwatering oily hop resin.
The brain expects bitterness next, but instead it's a wave of super juicy Valencia orange and pink grapefruit, followed by pineapple hard candy with a hint of sweet creamy vanilla. Delicious without demanding.
