Speed Racer is a 10 day grain-to-glass Italian lager. We’ve been learning a lot since we kicked off our lager program 18 months ago and here we are testing the limits of our yeast. Brewed with a soft water profile, imported malts from the Adriatic coast, and dry hopped towards the end of fermentation. Italian pilsners are delicate beers that require a balance of speed and taste, that have an ever-giving gift of subtle complexity as the beer opens up. Velocità prima della gloria!
