Our first ever barrel aged stout, now available in a can! Featuring a blend of SIX of our limited releases from years gone by, aged in Overeem Barrels and blended by our team to produce this monstrous but sophisticated stout.

This particular beer was blended from fresh Doppelschwarz, fresh Firelight, along with barrel aged Last Dog, barrel aged Firelight, barrel aged Doppelschwarz, and barrel aged RIS. All the barrels were ex-Overeem, but before that they were sherry, bourbon, port… they’ve had many lives, and each one contributed something to the overall flavour and vibe of the beer.

Rich vanilla, oak, light sherry and heavy bourbon notes start on the nose with raspberry, cherry and stewed dark fruit following through on the palate. Light chocolate and toasted coffee round out a long, lingering finish.
