A crimson red, complex, barrel matured & lightly sparkling aromatic ale that demands celebration. Derwent Valley grown, 'North Star' morello cherries are steeped in naturally soured & spontaneously fermented ale. Wild fermented on skins for 2 years in oak barrels.
