Troubled in its youth, Pilsner has returned to its roots, hops. A modern expression, with the classic. peppy finish. All the NZ heros are there, Motueka, Riwaka, Peacherine, Waimea and Manilita. Late kettle, WP and a DDH with some extra Peacharine HopKief for the finishing zhuzh. Fruit forward, with classic tropical, grapefruit, stonefruit and guava characters. The dry body brings drinkability, with a white pepper finish, leaving you wanting another.
