Aged 12 months in a fresh Sons of Eden Shiraz Hogshead, this dry sparkling mead exudes a soft red berry profile over layers of texture from the oak and eucalyptus like honey notes.
Drinking more like a dry champagne, it's effervescent, textural and dry. Layers of soft floral, berry, brioche and pollen notes arise as it warms. The 13.5% is insanely dangerous; this is one to share or sip slowly, as the weather cools and the long nights emerge.
