Sourced from the Wrattonbully sub-region of the Limestone Coast. This unique region situated in the Naracoorte Rangesis renowned for rich terra rossa soils and rolling hills that produce natural acidity and clean, focused varietal flavours. Harvested at night, pressed then cold settled for two days before racking prior to ferment. Fermented in tank then left on fine lees for 4 months in tank. Vegan friendly.
Aromatics of pear and apple blossom with hints of lemon and lime. Fresh, crisp and clean palate with citrus flavours with richer white peach and spice.
